Premium New Pet Alerts subscriptions are billed $10 per month on the anniversary of your sign-up date.
Your subscription will auto-renew each month until you cancel. You may cancel your Premium New Pet Alerts subscription at any time (please note, we do not issue refunds or do pro-rated cancellations).
Canceling your Premium New Pet Alerts subscription is easy. Simply visit your "Settings page" and click the "Cancel Premium Plan" link. Upon cancellation, you’ll no longer be billed in future months and your Premium New Pet Alerts will be removed.
You may also cancel by submitting a request and asking us to cancel your Premium New Pet Alerts subscription.
