How do I cancel or delete my Premium New Pet Alert subscription?

Canceling your Premium subscription is easy! 

If you do not have an account:

1.  Locate the search criteria box at the bottom of the New Pet Alert email you received.    
2. Click on "Cancel This Search"
3. Click on "Yes, cancel my alert"

Pro tip: When canceling directly from the email, it will only cancel that search.  If you would like to cancel all of your New Pet Alerts, click on the "Settings page".  You will then be able to see all New Pet Alerts associated with your email address.  

If you have an account:

1. Sign in to your Adopt a Pet account and click on "Account Settings" OR open any Premium New Pet Alert email, scroll to the bottom, and click Cancel This Search (under Your search criteria), to access your Account Settings.          
2. When you click on "Account Settings", you'll be directed to the Premium New Alerts page, click on "Cancel Subscription Plan".
