How do I cancel or delete a New Pet Alert?

If you do not have an account:

1. Locate the search criteria box at the bottom of the New Pet Alert email you received.    
2. Click on "Cancel This Search"
3. Click on "Yes, cancel my alert"

Pro tip: When canceling directly from the email, it will only cancel that search.  If you would like to cancel all of your New Pet Alerts, click on the "Settings page".  You will then be able to see all New Pet Alerts associated with your email address.  

If you have an account:

1. Sign in to your Adopt a Pet account and click "Free New Pet Alerts."
2. In your active alerts page, press Delete next to the alert you would like to cancel.
